超聲波污泥界面工作原理

超聲波污泥界面測量是由安裝在水中的超聲波傳感器,向被水下泥表面發射一束超聲波脈沖,此脈沖信號遇到泥水面后反射回來,能再被傳感器接收到;從超聲波發射到重新被接收,其時間與傳感器到被測物體表面的距離成正比;儀表檢測出該時間,并根據當前溫度(傳感器測量)水下的聲速,計算出被測物體表面至傳感器的距離(即空間距離),再進一步換算出液位值。液位表面的空水下距離W與聲波的行程時間T成正比:W=V×T/2(其中V為聲波水中速度)。用戶自設定探頭到池底的高度H,儀表自動將脈沖行程時間T換算成相應的空間距離值W,再計算出H減W的差值即為測量的值L。
